After you have been invited to HowNow, claimed your invite, and created your password or logged in via SSO on the web app, you'll be able to go on your phone or tablet, and search the HowNow App.📱
Download the HowNow App from:
The Apple store for iOS.
From Google Store for Android.
2. Open the HowNow App and enter your workspace URL - this will be the same as the web app URL, which always includes ".hownow.app" .
For example: yourcompany.hownow.app.
If you're still unsure, just ask your organisation's Admin team.
3. Then Login with your email address and password - this is the same as your web app login details - or use the sign in with Microsoft/Google option (if this has been set up by your organisation.
