Take control of the internal Channels you have on your organisation's Learning Space, by adding them in one of two ways:

Creating Custom Channels means you can tie content in, with specific Topics that are unique to your organisation. If you have a wealth of Learning material focused on one specific topic that's unique to you, housing it in one place makes it easier for everyone.

How to create them?

  1. Go to the Dashboard and select the Channels page

  2. Click on the Add Channel button

3. The Add New Channels pop-up will appear. You can add a single Channel or multiple (by using commas, to separate them). Finish by selecting Add Channel.

You will receive a notification at the bottom of the screen, if the Channel already exists.

Psst - we always suggest adding a few letters (abbreviation of your organisation name or learning space name). It will make it a lot easier for your learners and everyone involved in content creation!
