- I can't change the live class or webinar type, or set more than 10 bookingsThe type locks once anyone books, and HowNow Virtual allows at most 10 bookings per session, so choose a custom link before anyone books if you need more.

- I can't see Apps or HowNow+ in my menuApps is only for Admins and Managers, Managers only get HowNow Plus, and a missing tab for an Admin means that feature isn't on for your workspace.
- "There was a problem connecting to your account" or "Your access token has expired"For an expired token, disconnect the app and connect it again. If Google won't reconnect, remove HowNow from your Google account's connected apps first, then connect again.
