After you have been invited to HowNow, claimed your invite and created your password, you'll be able to go on your phone or tablet, and search the HowNow App.📱
Download the HowNow App from:
The Apple store for iOS.
From Google Store for Android.
2. Open the HowNow App and enter your workspace URL - this will be the same as the web app URL, which always includes ".hownow.app" .
For example: yourcompany.hownow.app.
If you're still unsure, just ask your organisation's Admin team.
3. Then Login with your email address and password - this is the same as your web app login details - or use the sign in with Microsoft/Google option (if this has been set up by your organisation.
