It's easy to view bookings at any time, for both Admins and Users. We've outlined the steps for you to follow, in this tutorial.

As an Admin

To view bookings made by Users, head to your Dashboard, then select:

  1. The Bookings tab

  2. Filter Bookings by

  • Upcoming - See info for future the Live Classes/Webinars

  • Completed - See info for Live Classes/Webinars that have finished

  • Waiting List - See which Users are on the Waiting List

3. Click the Live Class/Webinar name for more details

4. Filter your Users by:

  • Cancelled - Booking has been cancelled by the User

  • Joined - User has clicked "Join Session" and attended the class

  • Attending - User is set to join the session, once it starts

  • Not Joined - User did not click "Join Session", thus did not attend.

As a User

1. Select My Library

2. Bookings

3. Filter your bookings by:

  • Upcoming - For Live Classes/Webinars that will be happening

  • Past - Historical look at previous bookings, where the session has now ended.
