Admins and Managers can endorse Skills whenever a User send a request. Outlined in this tutorial are the steps needed, to provide the right Proficiency Level for your Users.

  1. Once a User has requested a Skill Endorsement, you'll receive a notification. Visit your Dashboard.

  2. Underneath the Tasks box - you'll see your most recent Tasks - this will include the Skills Endorsement too, click on the Pencil Icon to endorse the User

3. You'll then see a pop-up asking you for the endorsement. Select the Proficiency Level and select Submit Endorsement
