Having someone endorse your Skills is a really good way of compounding your position as an expert! Ask your Manager to endorse you for your Skills - this will help you find content that's even better for your skill level too.
On your Profile page, select the Skills tab.
Scroll through your added Skills (or add a new one!) select the 3-dot menu and select Request Endorsement.
3. Select the User you'd like to be endorsed by.
The person you've asked to endorse you will receive both a web app and email notification, prompting them to endorse you for your requested Skill!
Managers and Admins also have the ability to add Skills to their selected Users' Skills lists, without the need for an Endorsement Request. Find out how to make this game-changing update here: How to endorse your team members' Skills.
