The Custom Tag feature is a great way for Admins and Managers to communicate with each other. Only Admins and Managers can add and view Custom tags.

Custom tags can be applied to certain Users within the User Insights or Content Insights section.

By adding these tags, it is a quick and easy way to see why a User may or may not have done a course.

  1. From your Dashboard, visit Insights > Users then select the specific User.

2. Scroll down to view the Courses they've been assigned to.

3. You can add a Custom Tag by clicking the "+" in the Custom Tag column.

You can also add and view Custom Tags by visiting Insights > Content and viewing the User list for a particular piece of content.

4. These Custom Tags will also be added to the CSV file when exporting Insights.

To avoid creating multiple of the same tag, the tags are saved for use next time.

Custom Tags can include;

  • Holiday

  • Parental leave

  • Sick day
