Note : To enhance loading times across your organisation's learning space - giving you a greater user experience - we have removed the sorting option on a select few columns.

Go to Dashboard > Content > Channels. At the top of the page, there are four tiles representing:

Channels

The total number of Channels on your Learning Space.

Average followers per Channel

across your Learning Space.

Average views per Channel

on your Learning Space.

Average Content

The average number of content items tagged to a Channel.

Adding custom Channels:

1. Add Channel > add your custom Channel/s > click Add Channel.

Managing custom Channels:

From your list of Channels, if you click on the three dots next to an individual Channel, you can...

  • Edit

  • Delete

If you select multiple Channels, you can also perform a Bulk Action...

  • Delete

Export a full list of all your Channels or use our Filters and Columns to drill down into the data you want like Last Activity, Groups, Channel Followers and Export your own custom report.

Note: Some Channels may only have third-party content assigned to them (content that comes from publishers, and has not been created within the HowNow Studio). Such Channels will show an empty " - " value within the # of Content and Channel Views columns, as only internal content is tracked.
