Learning on your workspace is more than just gaining knowledge in-the-flow-of-work, but also includes saving your learning for a time that best suits your needs. You may also be inspired to use useful information you've come across, but you want to save that thought to work on later.

That's where Bookmarks and Highlights come in. Let's take a look at how to do both, when saving content for later...

To find your Bookmark and Highlight pages, select Saved from within your Homepage side panel.

Bookmarks

Bookmarking content is simple, as it involves one click of a content card.

  1. On the content you want to save, select the tag icon - this is always located on the bottom-right corner of any content card (regardless of the content type).

Clicking on the tag icon will change its clear colour, to a solid colour, meaning it will now be visible in the Bookmarks tab of the Saved page.

You can also bookmark content from within the landing page.

Your content will remain within your Saved page indefinitely, until you choose to remove it.

Highlights

Compatible with text from Nuggets and Courses, this feature works by doing the following...

  1. Highlight the desired text and select the highlight colour

  2. Click the pencil icon to create a note for yourself (max of 500 characters), and click Save.

3. To review and edit your Highlight, go to the tab via the Saved page. Here you'll see a record of all Highlights you've made, since joining your organisation's workspace.

You'll be shown the content title, when your highlight was made, and the text you chose to highlight, alongside the given note.
