Scheduling content to be shown to your Groups on a specific date is a great feature that will help you drip feed your content! You'll now be able to create content, publish it and not worry about it until it gets recommended to your assigned Groups.
There are 2 ways to schedule content:
Scheduling Nuggets
Only for Draft or Unpublished Nuggets in the Studio:
Click Save & Continue or Settings
Scroll down to the Release Date
Choose your date from the calendar > then save via Save Draft or Publish.
Scheduling a Course/Live Class/Webinar/Event/SCORM Course
1. Visit the Release & Deadline step of your content type's editor
2. Under the Availability section, click and select Later.
3. Choose your date from the calendar > then save via Save Draft or Save & Publish.
Note✨: For content that is already published: if you want to schedule it to become available at a later date, you will need to do the following: Unpublish the content > set the scheduled date > click "Publish" in order to (re)publish the content.
