Scheduling content to be shown to your Users on a specific date is a great way to ensure Users aren't overwhelmed by, or gaining access to, learning that doesn't require them to start on it yet.
There are 2 ways to schedule content...
Scheduling Nuggets
Only for Draft or Unpublished Nuggets in the Studio:
Click Save & Continue or Settings
Scroll down to the Release Date
Choose your date from the calendar > then save via Save Draft or Publish.
Scheduling a Course/Live Class/Webinar/Event/SCORM Course
1. Visit the Release & Deadline step of your content type's editor
2. Under the Availability section, click and select Later.
3. Choose your date from the calendar > then save via Save Draft or Save & Publish.
Note✨: Do remember the following points, when scheduling content...
For content that is already published: if you want to schedule it to become available at a later date, you will need to do the following: Unpublish the content > set the scheduled date > click "Publish" in order to (re)publish the content.
Once scheduled for later, your content will be set live at midnight GMT (UK).
