If a User has yet to log in, misplaced their invitation or a new one needs to be sent - the process is quick and easy.
Visit the Users page from your Dashboard, and scroll to the User Status column. This will show the 3 main statuses a User can have:
Active - the User has logged in at least once (not to be confused with being currently online, which is not tracked here)
Invited - the welcome email has been sent, but the User has yet to sign-up/onboard. This is the status we want to focus on for re-sending.
Deactivated - previously Active Users who have now had their access revoked.
Using the Filter option, select the User Status as Invited.
Once set, the filter will update the data table to show only those Users across your organisation's workspace, who have not yet signed-up/onboarded.
Click the checkbox on the Name column, to select all of the Users shown.
Select the envelope-with-an-arrow icon, to send out new invites. This will be confirmed with a pop-up in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
