How to embed a Google or Microsoft Form

Embed your Google Forms or Microsoft Forms directly into your learning materials for people to provide their feedback.

You can quickly embed Microsoft Office forms or Google Forma into your Lesson or Nugget, with a few clicks.

Google Forms

  1. Within Google Forms, click the Send button.

  2. Select the Embed </> icon.

  3. Select Copy.

4. Back in your Nugget or Course's Lesson editor, select the Embed Code icon.

5. Paste your embed code into the pop-up box, and click Save

6. Your form will be uploaded. Select Save & Continue, to publish.

Microsoft Forms

  1. Within Microsoft Forms, click the Send button.

  2. Select the Embed </> icon.

3. Copy the Embed code provided.

4. Back in your Nugget or Course's Lesson editor, select the Embed Code icon.

5. Paste your embed code into the pop-up box, and click Save

6. Your form will be uploaded. Select Save & Continue, to publish.
