The For You tab on Home is a set of rows, each filled by its own rule. A row only appears when it has enough in it, so colleagues can see different rows, and a row can come and go.
What each row shows
Most rows show up to 15 items.

Top Picks | Content your admin has marked as a Top Pick that's assigned to you and you haven't started. Newest first. | 1 or more |
Focus Skills | Content for your focus skills, starting with the skill where you're furthest below your target level. | 3 or more |
Skill Gaps You Can Fill | Content for skills your job role needs, or that your manager or admin set a target for, other than your focus skills. | 3 or more |
More Like This | Content for skills that appear in at least two things you've completed. | 3 or more |
New & Noteworthy | Content assigned to you that you haven't started. Most recently published first. | 1 or more |
Peer Favourites | Content assigned to you that colleagues in your job role have started or completed, and you haven't. | 3 or more |
Upcoming Deadlines | Assigned content with a deadline that you haven't completed. Upcoming deadlines first, then overdue ones. | 1 or more |
Recommended Spaces | Spaces you haven't joined that hold content linked to your skills. | 1 or more |
Suggested Experts | Colleagues with expertise in your skills. | 3 or more |
Continue Learning | Content you've started, and sessions you've booked, that you haven't finished. Mandatory items due in the next 7 days come first. | 1 or more |
For example, if you're a Store Assistant and two other Store Assistants have finished Handling Customer Complaints, and it's assigned to you too, it can appear in Peer Favourites until you start it.
Why a row might be missing
No job role on your profile: Peer Favourites and Skill Gaps You Can Fill have little or nothing to show.
No Focus Skills or completed learning: Focus Skills and More Like This stay hidden.
Expert search is off for your workspace: Suggested Experts never appears.
Content visibility: rows only include content set to Visible Everywhere. Other assigned content still appears on your Learn page.
Who shapes it
Everyone sees the For You tab. Admins and creators shape it by marking content as a Top Pick, setting deadlines, and linking skills to job roles and content.
