When you log learning, the form changes with the type you pick. Log stays greyed out until every required field is filled in.
Every type needs a title or name, a provider (or author, creator or organiser), Time Spent and a Completion Date; most also need a duration, and CPD, Qualification and Event need a level or type.

Every type also has an optional Review switch at the end of the form. If you turn it on, you must answer both How useful was this learning experience? and What are your key takeaways from this learning? before you can log.

Good to know
Time Spent fills in from the duration. Change it if you spent more or less time than the course or event lasts.
After you log, you can only change Time Spent, CPD Units, CPD Type, Are you logging Verifiable Learning?, Supporting Evidence and the Review. To correct a title, provider or date, delete the entry and log it again.
