Go to My Profile › Budgets and Requests and select View Details on the Budgets card to see each budget you can spend from, what you have left and who approves requests.
Check your Budgets
Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then select My Profile.
Under Budgets and Requests, select View All Requests.
On the Budgets card, select View Details.
The Your Budgets panel lists each budget with your balance, for example GBP 100.00 of 500.00: you have GBP 100 left of the GBP 500 each member gets this cycle.
To see who approves requests on a budget, select its owner count, for example 1 owner. The Budget Owners panel lists them.
Good to know
Your balance is your own. Everyone on a budget gets the same amount per cycle, and only your approved requests come off your share.
Pending requests don't reduce your balance. The cost is only taken off when an owner approves it.
What you see depends on your organisation. Some organisations show only each budget's total, or hide amounts altogether.
A new budget appears on its start date. If you've been told about a budget but can't see it.
Balances reset each cycle (monthly, quarterly or annually) and unspent money doesn't carry over.
