Withdraw a learning request you no longer need, before an owner approves or declines it.
Before you start
You can cancel only your own requests, and only while they're Pending. This includes pending top-ups. To change a request rather than withdraw it, simply edit it.
Cancel a request
Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, select My Profile, then open Budgets and Requests.
On the request, select ..., then Cancel Request.
Select Yes, Cancel.
Remember❗: You can't reopen a cancelled request.
You'll see "Request cancelled", and the request shows Cancelled in your list. The budget's owners see the same status, and the request leaves their list of requests to decide.
Good to know
Cancelling doesn't use any budget. Nothing is taken from your balance until a request is approved.
Need it after all? Select ... › Resubmit Request on the cancelled request. This sends a new copy for approval and keeps the cancelled one in your history. A cancelled top-up can't be resubmitted.
Didn't cancel it yourself? Requests can be cancelled automatically, for example if the budget is deleted.
