You can assign Users to content, using one of three quick options:
Assigning by individual - you may want to use this option when training a select few individuals, who don't necessarily need to be in a Group together.
For example: a Leadership Course meant for 3 aspiring Managers, form separate teams.
Assigning by Group - this option is great for onboarding or upskilling a particular department.
For example: interns learning about your policies, or the Wellbeing ambassadors taking a First Aid Pathway.
Assigning using a Custom Rule - if your needs are much more specific, then this is the option for you.
For example: wanting to increase the likelihood of a User understanding what they've learned (only get access to a Course of the next level up, if you've they've achieved 90%).
Let's take a deeper look at these options, below.

Note ✨: there are points to be aware of when assigning content...
By default, Everyone across the organisation will be assigned to the content. You can remove this option if required.
Users who've Never Logged In, can still be assigned to content, however:
If they're assigned to content on 1 January, but onboard on 12 January, the assignment date will still be 1 January.
If there is a Deadline date set for 12 January, and the User onboards after this date, they will see the Course as Overdue.
When using the email notification toggle, be reminded of the following:
Assign Users to the content with the toggle off - no email will be sent.
Later, assign new Users to the content with the toggle now on - an email will be sent only to the new Users, who were added later.
