Reviews give User’s the power to positively influence the learning content and processes created by L&D leaders, within an organisation. It’s an opportunity to voice what is going right, and where things can be improved.

Before you are given access to leave a Review, you’ll need to start, and complete, your content. This completion rule applies to SCORM Courses, HowNow+ content, Live Classes and Webinars. Standard internally-created Courses are the exception, where you will have access to Reviews once you complete at least 25% of the Course.

Content types with landing pages won’t show the Leave a Review button, before the necessary completion is achieved, at this point in your learning journey.

Note✨: There is no option to give Reviews on Pathways or Nuggets.

Once you’ve completed your content, and click Exit or the back button, within the content page, the Leave a Review pop-up will appear, for you to add your submission. You’ll also receive both a web app and email notification, reminding you to make your submission, if you haven’t already.

Click on the face icon that represents your views on the content you have just learned.

Submit your commentary, to give the Author a well-rounded perspective on the structure, content types and how easy/challenging it was. Select Submit to share with the Author and relevant Managers.

Note: You can only submit your Review, once per content item. It cannot be edited at a later date.

However, Users who had already completed a Course before Reviews were switched on, will be prompted to leave a Review, by re-opening the content.

After submitting your Review, you’ll be given the option to update Skills. This means adding any Skill that is related to the topics covered in your content.

You’ll be redirected to the Skills tab of your Profile, where you can add multiple Skills and also request Endorsements of said Skills - great for confirming that your new level is accurate.

Returning to the content at a later date, and selecting the Leave a Review option will cause a notification message on screen, reminding you that your Review has already been submitted.

Note✨: For Live Classes/Webinars/Events, you’ll be able to add a Review once your status has been updated from “Attending” to “Attended”. It will be for one time-slot only (and not for multiple slots).
