Buy extra seats yourself when you need to invite more people than your plan allows.
Before you start
You need Admin access.
Self-service seats depend on your plan. If there's no Manage button on the Seats in Use card, contact your HowNow representative to add seats.
Add seats
In the sidebar, select Manage › People.
On the Seats in Use card, select Manage.
In Add seats, enter how many seats to add. It must be a whole number between 10 and 1,000.
Select Add Seats.
Note: This is a purchase - you're invoiced a pro-rated amount, and you can't remove seats yourself afterwards.
The Seats in Use card updates with your new number of available seats, and you can invite people straight away. You also get an email confirming how many seats were added.
Good to know
To add more than 1,000 seats, repeat the steps, or contact your HowNow representative.
If you only need a few seats, deleting people who have left frees theirs. Deactivated people may still count towards your seats.
