Choose which personal apps, such as Google Drive, Dropbox or Slack, people in your workspace can connect to HowNow.
Before you start
You need Admin access.
Turn an app on
In the sidebar, select Apps, then the Connectors tab.
Under Available Connectors, select Enable on the app's card.
The app moves to Enabled Connectors and appears in Settings › Your Apps for everyone, ready for them to connect.
Note: Credly works differently: Enable asks for a Credly token.
Turn an app off
In Apps › Connectors, select the app's card under Enabled Connectors.
In the panel that opens, select Disable.
In the confirmation, for example Disable Dropbox?, select Disable. Cancel keeps the app on.
Remember: This affects everyone. The app disappears from everyone's Your Apps, and its files stop appearing in HowNow search.
The app moves to Available Connectors.
Good to know
Turning an app on doesn't connect anyone. Each person connects their own account in Settings › Your Apps.
Apps are on unless an Admin turns them off. Connectors nobody has changed start under Enabled Connectors.
The Google connector covers Google Drive only. Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar can't be turned off here.
Zapier only ever appears for Admins in Your Apps, even when it's enabled.
