HowNow+ content library
Browse, preview and import HowNow+ content.
- Browse the HowNow+ content libraryGo to Apps › HowNow Plus, open a category or a provider, then filter and select an item to see what it covers before you import it.
- Preview HowNow+ content before importingSelect an item's title in Apps › HowNow Plus to see what it covers and which skills it builds, then select Preview to try it in a new tab.
- Import HowNow+ content and assign it to learnersSelect Import on a HowNow+ item, add at least one person or rule, then select Assign & Import. The course is imported, published and assigned in one go.
- Import several HowNow+ items at onceTick the items you want on a category or provider page (or use Import all Content), select Import Content, add your audience, then select Assign & Import twice.
- What each HowNow+ import setting doesEvery import setting starts off. In the Import Content panel, select Settings, turn on only what you need, such as Mark as Mandatory or a Deadline, then select Save Changes.
- Export a list of HowNow+ content to CSVTick the items you want on a HowNow+ category or provider page and select Export CSV. HowNow emails you a download link; nothing downloads in your browser.
Credly badges

- How Credly badges work in HowNowAn admin connects Credly, creators add Credly badges to content, and Credly emails each person who earns one so they can accept and share it.
- Connect Credly to import your digital badgesIn Apps › Connectors, select Enable on Credly and paste your Credly token; HowNow imports your badges and emails you when they're ready.
- Find a Credly badge and its IDIn Apps › Connectors, open Credly, search by badge name or UUID, then select the badge and copy its UUID.
- Disconnect CredlyIn Apps › Connectors, open Credly, select Disable and confirm; Credly badges come off every course and pathway.
