HowNow integrations are set up in one of three places: by each person in Settings › Your Apps, by an Admin in Apps, or by HowNow with your team.
Apps each person connects
Everyone connects these for themselves in Settings › Your Apps. Each connection is personal, except Slack: the first connection links HowNow to your organisation's Slack workspace.

If an app is turned off in Apps › Connectors, it isn't listed in anyone's Your Apps.

Contact your HowNow customer success manager for these. There's no screen for them in HowNow.

Good to know
People added by an HR system, SFTP or the API are managed there. In HowNow you can't edit their profile, change their access level, or deactivate or delete them.
There's no Zoom app to connect. To run a session on Zoom, add the meeting link to the session.
