Unpublishing content is a great way for you to manage your learning materials, allowing you to keep it for a later date, and if you'd like to Delete it permanently - here's how!

Unpublishing content
Content that has been unpublished, will go straight back to the Studio. This will be displayed as "Unpublished" in the Status column of the Studio table.
To unpublish content:
Go to the Content page and search for your content.
Within the Name column, select the 3-dot menu > select Unpublish.
Your content will be sent to the Studio, as expected.
Remember✨: There are two distinctions between Unpublished content and Draft content:
Unpublished - content that was previously published/set live
Draft - content that has been created but never been published/set live.
Deleting content
Deleting content means it will be permanently removed from the learning platform.
To delete content:
Go to the Content page and search for your content.
Within the Name column, select the 3-dot menu > select Delete, and confirm.
The same steps apply, when deleting content from the Studio.
Its important to remember❗:Deleted content cannot be retrieved, so please ensure that you have communicated clearly to Authors/Collaborators, that a content item is to be deleted. Our deletion process, is designed to remind you of the action being completed, to minimise risks.
