Learning Pathways are a key part of any learning journey. From executive level to managerial, it's the best way to stay engaged and gain the skills required to perform at your most optimum.

Getting started with your first Pathway will be easy, when taking the following steps to navigate through the content...

Open your Pathway, to see the primary content page.

Below the Pathway title, you can see how many Steps are included within the Pathway, and the collective Duration (of all content items together). This helps give you an idea of the effort required, to complete and understand the content.

Select the Like icon to help the Author know if the content is enjoyable/relevant for you, while the Save icon allows you to quickly find and return to the Pathway, later on.

You can start learning each of the content types featured within a Pathway, by viewing a Section and opening it to reveal all the content items (aka Steps) inside.

Each Step has a grey circle associated with it that represents its completion status. Each time you complete a content item, its circle will change to green, with a tick.

This helps you to track your progress, as you go along your learning journey.

Note: Make sure to always open your Sections to reveal all content items inside. This will help remind you which Steps have been completed.

You have the freedom to complete content in any order, regardless of which Section it sits in. You may want to complete all your Nuggets, before starting a Course, or maybe complete an urgent SCORM Course that’s positioned in the middle point of your Pathway.

Click on the content item and this will open it in a new tab, so you can easily return to your Pathway, once finished.

To easily navigate through the different Sections and Steps of the Pathway, use the collapsible side panel.

You can see which Channel(s) and Skill(s) are associated with a Pathway, by selecting the exclamation point icon ( ! ), next to your Profile image.

Both of these buttons, although not active (clickable), help you to:

  • Understand the Pathway’s theme and topics included

  • Remind you of where you can find the Pathway (if not Saved already)

  • Expose you to other content that may be assigned to you, via that Channel

  • Remind you of the Skills you should add after completing the Pathway

If your Pathway has been created as a Sequential Pathway, this means you will need to complete one Step before moving on to the next Steps, following your current learning content, within the Pathway.

You will see a locked content card, and a note next to the step, to remind you.

Once your Pathway has been completed, select the Go Back to Home text on the side navigation panel, and find the Pathway within My Learning > History.

In both the History and Shared with me tabs, you will see the Pathway content card, as well as the content cards, for all of the individual content items featured within it.
