What Users know, and where they may need more training, can be best defined by looking at insights for their Pathways.

To get started, head to the Content page and search for a Pathway, or use the Type filter to show all Pathways you have rights to see.

Summary Card and Data Table

Each of the summary cards presented in this context, represent the following:

  • Content Created - the number of Pathways created on your work space

  • Content Views - the number of times the Pathways have been uniquely viewed (opened once) by Users.

  • Average Completion Rate - across all of the Pathways

  • Average Time Spent Per Content - on this page, it means per Pathway and not for the content items inside.

The data table featuring your Pathway will have the same column as would appear for a Course: Duration (each content item’s duration added collectively), Time Spent, etc., but the following columns do not currently apply to Pathways:

  • Cost Per Learner

  • Rewards

It’s important to remember that you’ll still need to view the insights for each individual content item, separately, if you want to identify how each Nugget, Course, SCORM, etc., within the Pathway is performing.

The Granular Details

To get more granular details on how each assigned User is progressing throughout a Pathway, click on their Name. This will open the Content sub-page for the Pathway.

On the Pathway’s Content sub-page, the summary cards will reflect the following:

  • Users Assigned - the number assigned to the Pathway specifically (and not the various content items collectively)

  • Percentage Enrolled - of Users assigned to the Pathway

  • Percentage Completed - of Users who’ve completed all content items that make up the Pathway

  • Average Time Spent - collectively among the assigned Users

To view an individual user’s progress in further detail, select the View Details clickable text, within the Progress column. This will open the journey slide out screen.

You will be able to view all Sections and Steps of the Pathway, seeing the current progress of your chosen User, exactly as they themselves would see it.

Each Step will have the green tick when completed. Hovering over this, will display the exact date of when the User finished learning the content.

For Sequential Pathways, you will be able to see the sequence layout and which content is currently locked for the User.

Note: Remember the following...

  • If an Author adds or removes content from the Pathway, after a User had already completed the original line-up of items, their Progress will still remain as complete - in the Progress column and View Details slide out screen.

  • Just like any other content type, you'll be able to view Pathway progress, via the Group's Learning History tab.

Exporting insights

You can export your Pathway data from both the main Content page, and the Content sub-page.

  • Content page - this will provide you with the option to export the content of the data table along with the individual Learners’ insights for that content.

  • Content sub-page - here you’ll be able to export the Pathways insights or Pathways insights including the Steps and their progress, for each User.

Gathering your exported data, will enable you to determine which Steps or themes within your Pathway strategies are working, and which need improvement.
