How to manage your Profile

Manage notifications, subscribe to Channels, track Progress and manage Integrations - this is where personalised learning happens!

Your Profile is your personal hub connecting you to your organisation's wider learning experience. Here's how to manage each of the tabs you can find, within this key portion of your workspace.

With the amazing Skills Profile page giving total control and insights into User Skills, the previous Skills tab from the Profile page was removed.

From your Homepage, select your Profile photo to release the drop-down menu and select Profile.

The followings tabs you'll see to interact with are...

  • Channels - You can subscribe to any existing Channel from your Profile page (as well as the Homepage side panel and Search results page). Click inside the box to start typing a subject/topic name, and see the drop-down menu activate. Choose your Channels to subscribe.

  • Budget & Requests - Add to your learning experience, by requesting to spend your Learning Budget. You can see which resources you asked for (or to attend, if an event), their cost, how much Budget you currently have remaining (before you make the request) and its status.

Progress - View the status of your Assessments and revisit your answers. Download your Certificates achieved, and see your Badges earned.

Integrations - Connect all your productivity apps from this page. From Google Drive to Slack, from Sharepoint to OneDrive.

Settings - Change your Password, email address (not possible for Users added via HRIS), Notification settings and Language Preferences.
