Go to Dashboard > Content > Offline. At the top of the page, there are four summary cards, each representing the following values...
Activities The total number of activities completed outside of the organisation's workspace. | Average Results The average result of any tests / assessments included in any Offline learning. | Pending Renewals The number of Renewals that are pending for the added Offline learning. | Average Time Spent The average time spent completing Offline learning activities. |
Adding Offline Activity
Select the Add Activity button to add the activity manually and fill in the relevant fields:

Select Create Learner Activity
Alternatively, you can choose the Import option, download the import bulk-upload template (CSV file to insert your users into), and select Upload File.
Managing custom Channels
You can edit and delete from the 3-dot menu, along with selecting the checkbox next to the Title column, to bulk-delete entries.
Reporting can be achieved by using the Export option. The CSV file (Excel/Google spreadsheet) will be accessible via the email, sent to you.
Deep dive into individual Offline Activities
Clicking into a specific Offline Activity, will show the following summary cards.
Users The total number who have completed this Offline Activity. | Job Roles The number of Job Roles associated with the people who have completed this. | Average Assessment Score The average score for this Offline Activity for people who completed it. | Average Time Spent The average time spent completing this Offline learning activity. |
Adding Users
You can add Users to this Offline Activity by clicking Add Users > manually adding them or using the Import option to bulk upload Users.
You can edit, delete or send direct messages to Users, via the 3-dot menu. You can also send bulk messages and bulk delete, via the checkbox next to the Name column.
Export a full list of all your Users who completed this Offline Activity or use our Filters and Columns to drill down into the data you want like Time Spent, Expiry Date, Status, etc. to Export your own custom report.
Note✨: Do remember the following points...
Admins can create and see all Offline Learning entries submitted on the workspace. A Manager however, can only see entries they've created, and not entries made by any other User.
The Offline page is separate from Log Learning, which is used by Users themselves, to make a record of external learning, which is shown in their Learning History tab (unlike Offline, which is not).
