Go to Dashboard > Content > Offline. At the top of the page, there are four tiles representing:
Activities undertaken The total number of activities completed outside of your platform. | Average Results The average result of any tests / assessments included in any offline learning. | Renewals pending The number of renewals that are pending on your Learning Space. | Average Time Spent The average time spent completing Offline learning activities. |
Note✨ : To enhance loading times across your organisation's learning space - giving you a greater user experience - we have removed the sorting option on a select few columns.
Adding Offline Activity:
1. Click Add Activity and either...
a) Choose to add the activity manually and fill in the relevant fields:
Title*
Provider
URL
Type
✨Renewal Cycle (in months)✨
Upload
Select Create Learner Activity
Or...
b) Choose the Import option to bulk upload activities using the template provided > select Upload File:
Note: we have added ✨Renewal Cycle✨ to Offline Learning, so you can automate reminders for when Offline Activity expires! You'll receive the email reminder below:

From your list of Offline activities, if you click on the three dots next to an individual activity, you can...

Deep dive into individual Offline Activities:
Go to Dashboard > Content > Offline > click into a specific Offline Activity. At the top of the page, there are four tiles representing:
Users The total number who have completed this Offline Activity. | Job Roles The number of Job Roles associated with the people who have completed this. | Average Assessment Score The average score for this Offline Activity for people who completed it. | Average Time Spent The average time spent completing this Offline learning activity. |

You can add Users to this Offline Activity by clicking Add Users > manually adding them or using the Import option to bulk upload Users:
