Recognise the learning habits of your teams, by collecting data from the Groups page.

Viewing your Groups page - and its sub-pages - will give you detail on what your teams are focusing on, and whether they need more learning assigned, or perhaps become experts.

On the main Groups page, the summary cards represent the following...

Users

The number of Users - both active and invited (but unclaimed) - to your workspace.

Active Users

The number of Users who've logged in once (excluding currently deactivated Users).

Groups

The number of Groups (with members or empty) on your workspace.

Active Job Roles

The total number of unique Job Roles assigned to active Group members.

The data table is where the summary card values are given more context. All of the Groups within your workspace are shown here. The table shows column values based on how many Group members have completed those actions, collectively.

For example...

  • Skills - the number of Skills held by your Group, as a total.

    • 3 Group members with 3 Skills each = 9 Skills.

  • Content Viewed - the number of content items opened by each member of your Group, as a total.

    • 20 Group members. 10 opened 2 Nuggets, the other 10 opened 1 Course each = 30 Content Viewed.

  • Average Time Spent - the total time spent learning - each member's individual time spent learning, added together.

Note : To enhance loading times across your organisation's workspace - giving you a greater user experience - we have removed the sorting option on a select few columns.

The 3-dot menu can be opened to reveal more actions, per Group. These include...

  • Edit - update the Group's name and Channels assigned to its members

  • Delete - permanently remove the Group

  • Message - send a direct message to all the Group's members

  • Add Members - add a new member (or multiple) to the Group

Bulk Actions allow you to delete multiple Groups at once, or send the same message, directly to each individual across multiple Groups.

Select the checkbox of the Name column, to highlight all rows. Alternative otherwise, select the Groups you want to action, individually.

For reporting, you can use Export to capture the current data table values, or use the Filter to redefine what's shown in the data table, before exporting. Select Group Insights to capture the table of the main page, while Group Insights (including All Learners) will export the main page data table and the insight pages for each Group sub-page.

Groups sub-page

Here is where you can start to deep-dive into the individual Users and the content they're learning.

The Groups sub-page is split into two tabs: Users and Learning History.

Users tab

In the Users tab - which you'll always land on by default, when opening this page - You'll see the following summary cards:

Users

The number of Users in this Group.

Active Users

The number of Group members who have logged in at least once, and are currently active

Active Job Roles

The number of unique Job Roles held by members of this Group.

Group Time Spent Learning

Per member of this Group per Week (an average).

The data table values on the sub-page give team leads insight into points such as Group members' Job Roles, who they Report To on the team, their Skills, manage their Group User Role, and much more.

Similar to the main page, you will have the 3-dot actions menu for each User. This will let you Edit (their name, Job Role, Reports To, and Assign Org User Role), Remove User and send out your Message, to the Group.

Learning History tab

This tab's data table provides information on the content that your Group members are learning independent of each other. It doesn't only show content being learned specifically as a Group.

You can see the Completion Rate percentage and whether any Rewards are associated with the content, amongst other data.

Clicking on the content name, will take you to the content's page (within the Groups' sub-page). This provides further opportunities for goal-setting, as the information gives a zoomed-in look at progress of each of the Users.

Note✨: Admins/Managers will be able to view any Logged Learning from within the Group's Learning History tab. To learn more about Log Learning, check out: How to use Log Learning.
