How to understand your Assessments page

Use your Assessments page to keep track of the Completion Rate, Average Results and Deadlines.

Get an overview of all the Assessments on your Learning Space, along with a breakdown of Completion Rate, Average Results and upcoming Assessment Deadlines.

Note : To enhance loading times across your organisation's learning space - giving you a greater user experience - we have removed the sorting option on a select few columns.

Go to Dashboard > Content > Assessments. At the top of the page, there are four tiles representing:

Assessments

The total number of Assessments on your Work Space.

Average Completion Rate

of your Assessments as a percentage.

Average Time Spent

The average time spent on Assessments.

Average Result

The average result of all the Assessments as a percentage.

Note : Managers will only see the summary card data related to Assessments created by themselves as the Author of such Courses, or any Assessments, where they are a Collaborator.

From your list of Assessments, if you are the Author or Collaborator of the Course that has the Assessment, you can click on the three dots next to an individual Assessment, to...

  • Edit

  • View

For Timed Assessments, there will be a Duration column showcasing the time limit of the test. To learn more about creating a Time Assessment, read How to create a Timed Assessment.

For Assessments that have Markers, there will be a value in the Markers column, to display how many and who are the markers of the Assessment. To learn more, read How to set Markers for an Assessment.

Export a full list of all your Assessments or use our Filters and Columns to create a custom report! Choose to Export Assessment Insights or Assessment Insights (including All Learners).

Deep dive into a specific Assessment:

Here you can see insight into how the assigned learners performed on this specific Assessment.

If the learner has taken the Assessment you can click on the three dots next to them and you can...

  • View

  • Mark - if you're the Author or Collaborator.

This option will appear via the 3-dot menu within the Name column - it will only appear if you have rights to View, Edit or Mark the Assessment.

Use the Filters and Columns to drill down into the data you want like Completion Date, Status, Results, etc. and Export your own custom report!
