Learning Requests
Here you will find your data table full of requests made by Users of your Learning Budgets. If you're a Budget Owner, any requests sent to you will appear with all the information needed to make your decision about the request.
From seeing what type of content the learning will be (conference, webinar, professional membership, etc.), to understanding the breakdown of cost, this tab allows you to Approve or Reject with ease.
Click the 3-dot menu, and select View Item. This will open the Request Information pop-up, which provides the key information needed for a Budget Owner to make the right decision.
There's a also the option to Message your Users, should you need to ask them for more detail around their request, or maybe how it's relevant to their Job Role.
For ease, use the Bulk option, by clicking on the box next to the Name column, then select the tick icon.
If there are reasons as to why a request can't be granted, these will appear in the corresponding pop-up, to warn you of this.
You can Export your Learning Requests, using the filters and Columns button, to customise the data shown in the table.
