Use your My Profile page

What you can find on your Profile page.

My Profile is a one-page summary of you in HowNow: how your organisation has set up your account, and what you've learned and earned. To open it, select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then select My Profile.

How it works

The left of the page shows the details your organisation manages: Access Level, Job Role, Reports To, Joined Date and Groups. You can't change these yourself. If one is wrong, for example you've moved team but still show your old manager, ask your admin to update it.

To change your name or photo, select Edit Profile at the top right, which opens Settings › Profile.

Joined Date is the joining date from your HR system if your organisation sends one. Otherwise it's the day you first signed in.

The rest of the page has a section for each part of your learning, with a link to the full list:

Note: Budgets and Requests only appears if your workspace uses budgets.

Who uses it

  • Everyone uses it to check their progress, find a certificate to share, or see the status of a learning request.

  • New starters use it to check their job role, manager and groups are right, because those drive the learning and skills HowNow recommends.
