See everyone who has earned a particular badge or certificate, and when, for example to check who holds a compliance certificate before an audit.

Before you start

You need Admin, Manager or Contributor access. Admins can open any content. Managers and Contributors see content they created, collaborate on or verify.

See the achievers

  1. In the sidebar, select Manage › Learning and select the course or pathway's name.

  2. In the Rewards section of the overview, select View All Rewards.

  3. Select the reward's name.

The Achievers page lists everyone who has earned it, newest first, with their Content Assignment Status, manager (Reports To), Achievement Date and Groups.

For a quick look without leaving the Rewards page, select the count in the Achievers column (for example 1 person) instead.

Filter the list

Select the filter icon at the top left to filter by Reports To, Groups, Teams, Achievement Date or Content Assignment Status.

Content Assignment Status shows Assigned while the person is assigned to the course or pathway, and Unassigned when they aren't, for example because they were taken off it after earning the reward. Filter to Unassigned to find people who hold a certificate but are no longer assigned the course.

Export the list

  1. Set the search and filters you want in the file.

  2. Tick at least one person. Export CSV appears at the bottom of the page.

  3. Select Export CSV.

HowNow emails you a download link when the file is ready. The link downloads a ZIP file containing a CSV with the same columns as the page, and expires after 30 days.

Note

The file includes everyone who matches your current search and filters, not just the people you ticked.
