Learn in the side panel is your own learning list: what you've started, what you've been given, what you've booked and what you've saved. It only ever shows your own learning, whatever your Access Level.
The four tabs
Learn opens on In progress.
Tab | What's in it |
In progress | Courses, nuggets, SCORM packages and pathways you've started but not finished. |
Assigned Learning | Courses, nuggets, SCORM packages and pathways assigned to you, newest first, including ones you've completed. |
Bookings | Live classes, webinars and events you've booked. It shows today to two months ahead until you change the dates. |
Saved | Content you've bookmarked, lessons you've highlighted, and Space posts you've saved. |
For example, if your manager assigns you Returns and Refunds Essentials with a deadline, it appears in Assigned Learning straight away, moves into In progress once you start it, and stays in Assigned Learning after you complete it.
Events and live classes never appear in Assigned Learning or In progress, even when they're assigned to you. Once you book a session, look for it in Bookings.
Each tab shows its search and filters only once it has something in it.
Note: A Pathway you've started doesn't always appear in In progress. If you can't find one there, look in Assigned Learning, which shows your progress on every assigned Pathway.
What isn't on Learn
These live on your profile. Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then My Profile:
Completed learning: under History, select View All History to search everything you've finished, together with learning you've logged.
Log Learning: at the top of the full History page, or from the menu under your name, if your workspace allows logged learning.
Learning requests: under Budgets and Requests, select View All Requests to see your requests for funding and their approval status.
To check someone else's learning, Admins and Managers use Manage › People instead.
