Open the skill from Grow and select View on the Self Review, Manager Reviews or Peer Reviews card to see each reviewer and the level they gave.

Each skill page shows who has rated you and what level they gave, split into self, manager and peer reviews.

See your reviews

  1. In the sidebar, select Grow.

  2. Select the skill.

  3. Under the chart, select View on the Self Review, Manager Reviews or Peer Reviews card. Each card shows the level from that type of review, and View only appears once it has at least one review.

A panel lists each review of that type with the reviewer's name, job title, review type and level. Avg. Skill Level at the top is your overall level for the skill.

To see all types together, select Clear next to the review type. To narrow the list, select Filter and choose a Review Type or Skill Level.

Good to know

  • Manager or peer? Ratings from people with Admin or Manager access are Manager Reviews. Ratings from Contributors are Peer Reviews.

  • The list shows every review, not just the latest. If you've rated yourself twice, both appear, with no date to tell them apart. Only the latest from each person counts towards your level; the card shows that latest level.

  • Your level is an average. For example, a self review of 2 and a manager review of 4 give a skill level of 3.
