Test what you know about a Guru's topic with a quick 10-question quiz. It works well straight after a deep dive on the same topic.
Ask the Guru to quiz you on a topic, select Get Started and answer 10 questions, each with a 15-second timer. You get your score and can ask for feedback.
Take a quiz
In the Guru chat, ask for a quiz on a topic, for example "Quiz me on our returns policy", or select a quiz suggestion under one of the Guru's answers. A quiz card appears in the chat with the topic and a short intro.
On the card, select Get Started. The quiz opens full-screen.
Answer each question before its 15-second timer runs out. You see straight away whether you were Correct or Incorrect, with a one-line explanation, and the quiz moves to the next question by itself after a few seconds.
Note: If the timer runs out before you answer, the question is marked Missed and counts as wrong.
After the last question, check your score, for example: "Quiz Complete! You scored 8 out of 10.", then select Get Feedback. The quiz closes and your feedback appears in the chat under What You Did Well and What You Can Improve, followed by suggestions for what to do next.
The quiz card stays in your chat. Select View Your Answers on it to go back over each question later, including the right answer and explanation for any you got wrong or missed.
Good to know
Every quiz has exactly 10 questions. Each is multiple choice or true/false, with up to four options and one correct answer.
Questions stay on the topic you asked for. Where it fits, they're framed around your job role, and they're pitched using what you've already done with the Guru.
You can pause once you've answered a question. Close the quiz and the card shows "You have paused your quiz". Select Resume to carry on from the next question. If you close it before answering anything, the card goes back to Get Started.
Quizzes follow your language. Questions and feedback are written in the language you were chatting in.
