Clearing your chat deletes your whole conversation with a Guru so you can start fresh. Only your own conversation is affected.
Before you start
You need to be assigned to the Guru. If you've been unassigned, you can still read your old conversation, but Clear Chat isn't shown.
In the Guru, select the three-dot menu, then Clear Chat and Clear All. T
Clear your chat
Open the Guru from Gurus in the sidebar.
In the top-right corner, select the three-dot menu.
Select Clear Chat > the whole conversation is deleted and can't be recovered (all Quiz answers, Role Play scenarios and Deep Dive summaries, etc.).
The page reloads with a new conversation. The Guru greets you as if it's your first visit, with two new suggested starters.
Good to know
Your Skill ratings stay. Ratings from a skill review were saved to your profile when you made them, so clearing the chat doesn't remove them.
The Guru forgets your earlier activity. It no longer knows your past quiz results or role-play feedback, so its suggestions start from scratch.
Other Gurus and other people aren't affected. Each Guru has its own conversation with each person, so clear each one separately.
