Use a Space's Feed to share updates, wins and questions. You need to join the Space before you can post, react or comment.
Select Start a Post to share an update, or react, comment and reply under a post. Only the author can edit or delete a post, and comments can't be edited at all.
Write a post
Open the Space and, on Feed, select Start a Post.
Type your post (up to 4,000 characters). Type # to add a topic hashtag (up to 5), or @ to mention a member of the Space.
Optionally, use the attachment icons to add one kind of attachment. You can't mix them in one post:
Images: up to 10 JPEG or PNG images.
Video: one MP4 video.
Content: up to 3 courses, nuggets or other items from your workspace. Not available with Read Only access.
Select Post.
Remember❗: Every other member of the Space gets a notification that you posted. Anyone you "@" tag gets a notification instead.
Your post appears in the feed.
React, comment and reply
React: hover over the thumbs-up under a post or comment and pick Like, Celebrate, Support, Love, Insightful or Funny.
Comment: select the speech bubble under a post, type in Add your comment (up to 1,500 characters) and press Enter.
Reply: select the reply arrow under a comment, type your reply and press Enter. It starts with an @mention of the person you're replying to.
Note: Comments and replies can't be edited. To change one, delete it (using the three-dot menu) and re-write it.
Edit, delete or save a post
Open the three-dot menu on a post:
Edit Post: change the text or attachments, then select Save Changes. The post shows edited.
Delete Post: confirm with Yes, Delete.
Save Post: adds the post to Learn › Saved. The bookmark icon on the post does the same.
The same steps apply when deleting comments.
Remember❗: Deleting a post also deletes its comments and replies, and deleting a comment deletes its replies. You can't undo either.
Good to know
Only the author can edit or delete a post, comment or reply. Space owners and moderators can't remove other people's.
The feed is sorted by Popular by default. Switch to Recent for the newest posts first. Pinned posts stay at the top.
Each post has its own link. Select its comment count to open it, then copy the address to share it with other members.
