Pin a post to keep it at the top of a Space's feed, for example a welcome message or the rules for the Space.
Before you start
You need to be an owner or moderator of the Space.
Pin a post
Open the Space from Spaces in the sidebar. The Feed tab opens.
On the post you want to pin, select the … menu, then Pin Post.
Note:
A Space can have up to 3 pinned posts. At the limit, Pin Post is greyed out and shows You can pin up to 3 posts. Unpin one to pin another.
If you pin someone else's post, they get a notification that you pinned it.
The post moves to the top of the feed, labelled Pinned Post, for everyone in the Space.
Unpin a post
On the pinned post, select the … menu, then Unpin Post. The post goes back to its normal place in the feed.
Good to know
You can pin anyone's post, not only your own.
Pinning doesn't let you edit or delete a post. Only the author can edit or delete a
post.
Pinned resources are separate. Pinning on the Resources tab has its own limit.
