Yes. A small number of HowNow support staff have a staff role that lets them open your workspace so they can help with setup and support.

How it works
Support staff sign in to your workspace with their own HowNow staff account. They never need your password or anyone else's, so don't share your password with anyone, including HowNow.
Once in, they can see and do what an Admin can, including opening your settings, people and content. They use this to:
make changes that only HowNow can make, such as switching features on, setting up single sign-on or HR sync, or transferring workspace ownership.
investigate a problem you've reported by seeing what you see
help set up your workspace when you first join
For example, if you report that a course isn't showing for one group, support can check that course's settings directly instead of asking you for screenshots.
Note: Staff accounts belong to HowNow, not your workspace, so they don't use one of your seats or count as learners in your workspace numbers.
Who uses it
Admins answering "who outside our organisation can get into our workspace?", for example from a data protection officer or IT security review. For the controls you have over your own people's data.
