HowNow+ is a library of ready-made courses from partner providers that you can bring into your workspace. Browsing it doesn't change anything, so you can explore freely before deciding what to import.
Before you start
You need Admin or Manager access. Other access levels don't see Apps.
If Apps or the HowNow Plus tab is missing, HowNow+ isn't part of your workspace's plan. Ask your HowNow contact.
Browse the library
In the sidebar, select Apps. The HowNow Plus tab opens.
Choose how to browse:
Under Categories, select a topic such as Customer Success to see content from every provider on that topic.
Under Providers, select a provider to see everything it offers. Only the first 30 are shown until you select Show more.
To narrow the list, select the filter icon and choose a filter. For example, filter Language to English (UK) and Duration to short items when you want quick refreshers for store colleagues. On a category page you can also filter by Content Provider, and on a provider page by Category.
To find items you haven't brought in yet, filter Status to Not Imported. Items already in your workspace are labelled Imported.
Select an item's title to open its details, including its languages and, where it's mapped to skills, the Skills you'll develop with their levels.
From the details panel you can select Preview to try the course, or Import to add it to your workspace.
Good to know
Items are listed A to Z by name. Many are in languages other than English, so filter by Language early.
If you've ticked items and then change a filter or search, your selection is cleared.
Most items are SCORM courses. Which categories, providers and pathways you see depends on your plan.
Import all Content imports everything in the category or provider, even when you've filtered the list. You confirm before anything is imported.
