Check what a HowNow+ course covers, and try it as a learner would, before you bring it into your workspace. Previewing doesn't import anything or record any progress.
Before you start
You need Admin or Manager access.
If you don't see Apps or the HowNow Plus tab, HowNow+ isn't part of your workspace's plan. Ask your HowNow contact.
Preview an item
In the sidebar, select Apps, then open a category or a provider on the HowNow Plus tab.
Select the item's title, or select ... on its row and then View Details.
Check About this SCORM for the learning objectives and Skills you'll develop for the skills it builds. Where the provider supplies a level, it's shown next to the skill, for example Customer Engagement • Level 3.
Select Preview. The course opens in its player in a new browser tab.
When you've finished, close the preview tab. To bring the item into your workspace, select Import in the panel. See Import HowNow+ content and assign it to learners.
Good to know
Already imported: if someone in your workspace has imported the item, the panel says who and when ("Already imported by… on…") and Import is replaced by View Content, which opens your workspace's copy in Manage › Content in a new tab. Each item can only be imported once per workspace.
Import in progress: while an import is running, the row shows Importing until it changes to Imported.
Skill levels come from the provider and show the level the content is pitched at. Some items have no skills listed.
