Get a spreadsheet of HowNow+ content, for example to share a shortlist with colleagues before you decide what to import. The file is emailed to you, not downloaded.
Before you start
You need Admin or Manager access, and HowNow+ must be part of your workspace's plan.
Set any filters, such as Language or Status, before you tick anything. Changing a filter or search clears your selection.
Export the list
In the sidebar, select Apps, then open a category or provider on the HowNow Plus tab.
Tick the items you want. To export everything that matches your filters, tick the box at the top of the list, then select Select all … items.
Select Export CSV in the bar at the bottom of the page.
In the Exporting CSV message, select Got It. This also clears your selection.
HowNow emails you a link to download the file as soon as it's ready. Large exports can take a little longer.
Note
If you see "We couldn't start your export. Please try again.", nothing was queued. Try again in a moment.
Good to know
The email goes to the address on your HowNow account.
Exporting doesn't import anything or change your workspace.
