Sometimes changes need to be made to the start time of a session - we get it!
Visit the Bookings page from your Dashboard
2. Select the 3-dot menu next to the chosen Booking > click Edit date and time.
3. In the given pop-up, you can edit the time of your content, and adjust the Time zone if need be.
4. Select Update Session to receive confirmation that the time of the Event/Live Class/Webinar has been updated.
All the assigned Users will receive an email and web app notification, alerting them to this change.
Note ✨: Do be aware of the following points...
For auto-enrol, the author must create a new time slot, and not amend the previously cancelled one, in order for Users to be auto-enrolled on to the new time.
Some Users may choose to use VPNs when browsing the web. These are commonly used for privacy (as users' internet data is sent through the VPN provider's server, changing their IP address to that of a different geographic location - meaning their original IP address can't be tracked).
If a User has a VPN in place, this will cause their booking confirmation email to display the Live Class/webinar/Event time in the VPN's time zone. For example:
User A is in the UK
They turn on their VPN - it creates a Swiss IP address for them
User A books your Live Class (set for 10AM GMT/UK start)
User A will receive confirmation for the equivalent 12PM Swiss time.
Check out our quick tutorial on how to achieve the above steps.
