How to cancel your Event, Live Class or Webinar bookings

Can't make it? Cancel your Event, Live Class or Webinar booking. Managing the event? Cancel someone else's booking for them!

Note ✨: This article shows how to cancel your own booking for an Event, Live Class or Webinar. If you're interested in cancelling or managing bookings for the events you've created, visit this article.

Also, the word "events" is used in this article to collectively describe Events, Live Classes and Webinars.

You can easily cancel your personal bookings for Events, Live Classes and Webinars, by following these steps...

Head to the Events tab on the Homepage (or your Learning page, in the Homepage side panel), and hover over the content card for the event you wish to cancel your booking for. This will expand to reveal the 3-dot menu option, in the bottom corner of the card.

Clicking on Cancel Booking will show the safety pop-up asking you to confirm your choice. Once cancelled, a confirmation pop-up will appear letting you know your choice has been confirmed.

Note ✨: For events that have multiple slots (for example, an event set up by the Author as a Recurring Event), the cancellation pop-up will provide you with the option to select the slot(s) you want to cancel.

If you've made a mistake in cancelling a session, you'll be able to re-book on to that same time slot, as long as it's still available (example screenshot below).

Once you've selected "Yes", your booking(s) will be cancelled. You'll be able to re-book your slot right away,

Note: If you've added a time slot to your calendar, it will be automatically removed, if cancelled before the start of the session.
