When viewing the Rewards earned by your team members, we must start by remembering that Admins will always see information for all your org's Users, while Managers will only see the information of Users within the same Group(s) as themselves.
To get started:
Go to Dashboard > Rewards. At the top of the page, there are four tiles representing:
Rewards The total number of Rewards on your workspace. | Certificates The total number of Certificates on your workspace. | Badges The total number of Badges on your workspace. | Awarded The total number of unique Users who have earned a Reward.** |
**Awarded Summary card: So this shows the number of individual (unique) Users who have earned a Reward, whether via completing the necessary Course or Lesson, or being assigned the Reward directly. This does not show how many times a Reward has been given.
Note✨ : To enhance loading times across your organisation's learning space - giving you a greater user experience - we have removed the sorting option on a select few columns.
From your list of Rewards, you'll see the content the Badge/Certificate is associated with, how many Users have achieved the Reward and the date it was created.
Export a full list of all your Rewards or use our Filters and Columns to drill down into the data you want like Type, Date Created, etc. and Export your own custom report! Choose to Export Reward Insights or Reward Insights (including All Learners):
Deep dive into a specific Reward:
Users The total number of Users who have achieved this Reward, | Groups The no. of Groups with members who achieved this Reward. | Skills The total number of Skills the Users who achieved this Reward have. | Job Roles The number of Job Roles the Users who achieved this Reward have. |
You'll be able to see all the Users who achieved this particular Reward, when they achieved it, and more.
