Search for Content Libraries

Quickly find any content library your organisation has connected to your workspace.

If your workspace has connected a content library, such as LinkedIn Learning, Udemy or Pluralsight, its courses appear in search alongside your own learning. To see one provider's courses on their own, filter your search by source.

Before you start

Your admin needs to have connected the library. If a provider isn't in the Source list, it isn't connected for your workspace, so ask your admin.

Find a provider's courses

  1. From any page except Home, select Search in the sidebar, or press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac). Search doesn't open from Home at the moment.

  2. Type a topic of at least two characters, such as "customer service".

  3. Select Source and tick the provider, such as Udemy For Business or LinkedIn Learning. You can tick more than one.

  4. To narrow things further, add Duration, Type or Language.

  5. Under Learning, select Show n More to see more than the top three courses.

The Learning group now lists only that provider's courses.

Search results filtered to one provider

Good to know

  • You always need a search term. There isn't a page that lists a provider's whole catalogue, so start with a broad topic and filter.

  • Shortcut: select the provider's logo at the end of a result to filter by that provider, and select it again to remove the filter.

  • Filtering hides other results. Once you pick a provider as the Source, Spaces, Experts and Files are hidden.

  • New provider courses don't appear straight away, because catalogues sync in the background.
