Manage › Content lists the content you look after. Use it to find an item quickly or to pull a spreadsheet of your content.

Before you start

You need Admin, Manager or Contributor access. What's in the list depends on your access:

  • Admins see all published content in the workspace, content from connected libraries, and their own drafts.

  • Managers and Contributors see content they created or collaborate on (at any status) and published content they verify.

Nobody sees other people's drafts unless they're a collaborator on them.

Find content

  1. In the sidebar, select Manage › Content.

  2. Search by title, or select the filter icon and choose a filter, for example Content Status, Type, Author or Verification Status. Select + Filter to combine filters.

The filter icon highlighted, with a Content Status: Draft chip above the content list

To see all your drafts in one step, select View on the Drafts card.

Filters worth knowing:

  • Created By: Only Me shows content you authored, My Collaborations shows content you collaborate on, and your workspace's name shows its own content without connected libraries.

  • Source: separates your own content from HowNow+ and connected libraries such as LinkedIn Learning or Udemy.

Export the list

  1. Search and filter the list to the items you want.

  2. Select the columns icon and move the columns you want into Shown in table. Only shown columns go into the file.

    Note

Column choices aren't kept. They go back to the default five when you reload the page, so set them just before you export.

  3. Tick the rows you want, or tick the box in the header row to select the page.

  4. In the bar at the bottom, select More Actions › Export CSV.

A download link is emailed to you when the file is ready.

Good to know

  • Ticked rows stay selected when you change the search or filters, even if they're no longer on screen. Check the count in the bar (for example 2 items selected) before you export or run any other action.

  • The header box only selects the rows on the current page. To select more at once, set Rows per page (up to 100) first.
