Live classes, webinars and in-person events run at set times, so you book a place before you attend.
Open the session, select Book, pick a date and time, then select Confirm Booking. Times are shown in your own time zone.
Book from the session page
Open the live class, webinar or event, for example from Learn › Assigned Learning, Search or a link you've been sent.
Select Book Live Class, Book Webinar or Book Event.
Under Select Date, pick a date. Each date shows how many times you can still book on it.
Under Available Times, pick a time.
Note: Times are in your own time zone. Hover over the info icon next to Available Times to check which one it's set to. For example: "All times are in Europe/London (GMT+1:00)".
Select Confirm Booking.
A message confirms the date and time, and the session page shows Yay! You Are In with your booking under Confirmed Slots. You also get a confirmation email, and the booking appears in Learn › Bookings.
If you haven't connected a calendar, HowNow offers to connect Google Calendar or Outlook so your bookings sync automatically. Select Skip to decide later.
Book from an events list
Go to Home › Events, or open a Space and select its Events tab.
Select Book next to the date you want.
That time is booked straight away, with no date picker or confirmation step, and it appears in Learn › Bookings.
Good to know
"1 slot left" counts times, not seats. The number under the Book button is how many session times you can still book. Times you've already booked, and times whose booking has closed, aren't counted.
Bookings close before the start. The organiser sets how long before, and after that the time no longer appears.
Events can be booked on more than one date. Once you've booked one date, the event page still shows Book Event if other dates are open.
No Book button? If every slot has already been booked by other users, you'll see Join Waitlist instead.
