Once you've booked a live class or webinar, you join it from HowNow. In-person events have no join link: the event page shows the address instead.
Open the session page and select Join Now when the countdown appears, or use Join Session in the ... menu or on Learn › Bookings.
Before you start
You need a booking for the session.
Join from the session page
Open the live class or webinar, for example from Learn › Bookings or the link in your confirmation email.
Join the session in one of two ways:
In the 30 minutes before it starts, the page shows a countdown, for example Your webinar starts in 22 mins. Select Join Now.
At any other time, select the three-dot menu › Join Session next to your booking under Confirmed Slots.
On HowNow's own virtual classroom, the session opens in the same tab and you'll see "Your instructor is on the way" until the host connects.
Join from your Bookings page
In the sidebar, select Learn, then the Bookings tab.
Select Join Session next to the session.
The session opens in a new browser tab.
Good to know
Join close to the start time. Join Session works days ahead, but your attendance is only recorded if you join around the start time or while the session is running.
Add it to your calendar: select the calendar icon next to your booking to add it to Apple, Google, Office 365, Outlook, Outlook.com or Yahoo. The icon is hidden once you've connected Google Calendar or Outlook, because your bookings then sync automatically.
